I love curling up in front of the television to watch a movie with my family while...you guessed it snacking on a bag of Frito-Lay potato chips. Sometimes I just crave that great salt and potato snack. But I know that too much sodium can lead to health problems such as heart disease and high blood pressure. I was so excited when Jennifer White from Frito-Lay contacted me about these great new low sodium chips called Pinch of Salt.
Pinch of Salt potato chips contain 30-50% less sodium than Frito-Lay's original Chips. They have only 75 mg of sodium per one ounce serving. Pinch of Salt Potato Chips are delicious and come in four varieties, - Lay's Classic Potato Chips, Ruffles Potato Chips, Tostitos Tortilla Chips and Fritos Corn Chips. If you are looking for a low sodium snack you have to try Pinch of Salt chips from Frito-Lay.
They also have a great new line of snacks made from nuts called, True North. These snacks come in several different varieties such as walnut, pecan, pistachio, peanut and almonds. I tried the toasted sesame peanut crunches and they were delicious! The peanuts were fresh and the toasted sesames surrounding the peanuts gave the snack an extra crunch. Every True North product contains 5g of protein per serving.
Next time you visit your local grocery store pick up a bag of Frito-Lay Pinch of Salt Chips and True North snacks.
