It took me a while to think of a good faith post for today. My family has been having a tough time dealing with this whole economic downturn that the country is taking. Just in case you haven't read my recent posts, my husband and I are once again going to be unemployed starting on October 31. We have three children who depend on us and I am scared to death. I can't even think about Christmas. With all of this I am getting stressed out and suffering from headaches every single day.
It is stressful. But I know that the Lord works in mysterious ways. He has a plan for all of us. We may not understand what it is, but there is a reason for Chris and I to lose our jobs. All I can do is pray.
When you are stressed out find a quiet place to be alone and talk to Him. After I am done having a conversation with the Lord I feel a sense of relief. I trust in the Lord and know that everything is going to be alright.
2008 has been a tough year for my family. We lost our home, lost our jobs and don't know what the future holds for me and my family. We may have very little but God will provide. All I can do is pray.
