Founder, Editor and CEO

C L Talbert, EzineArticles.com Basic PLUS Author

Cascia Talbert grew up in Wisconsin as the youngest of five children. She attended Catholic grade school and was inspired by her Catholic education and her mother's close relationship with God and Jesus. As a teenager she played her flute in the school band and wrote for the school newspaper. Music and writing became her passion.

After getting married and starting a family she wanted the best for her children and was concerned about the obesity epidemic in the US. In 2007 she decided she needed to do her part and make a difference by creating an interactive blog and website that teaches moms how to eat right, exercise, provide healthy food choices for their children and be more aware of the health crisis in America.

Currently Cascia resides in Sacramento, CA with her husband, two cats and four children. She manages all website advertising, reviews, giveaways, and writes about her faith and family.

She is also a featured health blogger at Wellsphere.com and on the social media advisory board for America's Wellness Challenge.

Sarah Valente is a laid-back, thirty-something mom with an over-achieving uterus. Her two sets of twins and one singleton keep her and her former USMC hubby busy, but not busy enough to keep them from [possibly] wanting more. Sarah homeschools her four kindergarten and preschool aged children while bouncing the baby on her knee. She spends most of her day in the kitchen; and, in what little spare time she can muster, she blogs about her life. Although she now throws around words like "chiffonade" and "béchamel," her ever increasing knowledge of cooking was seeded in her first year of motherhood when she spent most of her time nursing her twins, watching The Food Network, and playing personal chef to friends and family. Having never attended a formal cooking school, she caters her recipes to real world moms seeking health and creativity on a budget. Kingdom Twindom chronicles their daily lives, their redeemed family, their homeschooling journey, and, quite often, their food!

Lynn Stone is a thirty-something Christian wife and a mommy seeking simplicity and natural living while juggling daily family life.
