Serious Problems Found Associated with Hip Replacement Surgery

Recently I learned about some rather shocking news about hip replacement surgery. Do you have a friend or relative that had his or her hips replaced with an artificial cup? Apparently there have been some serious issues on zimmer durom cup. These hip replacements can come loose and cause problems.

If you know anyone who has had hip replacement surgery you may want to find out what brand the doctor used. Help is available if you believe that the hip replacement has come loose. You can join the durom lawsuit if you feel that you were given a durom cup. If you are uncertain weather or not you qualify for the case be sure to discuss your situation with a durom lawyer.

I AM 38 YEARS OLD AND HAVE HAD BOTH MY HIPS REPLACED WITHIN THE LAST 2 YEARS, I HAVE HAD PAIN IN BOTH HIPS EVER SINCE BUT THE DR. WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING, FINALLY HE SENT ME TO A DIFFERENT DR. AND QUIT TREATING ME, THE NEW DR. FOUND THAT THE DUROM CUPS DID NOT SEAT WELL, SO I AM HAVING MY RIGHT HIP REPLACEMENT REPLACED MON JUNE
8TH, I AM BEING ADVISED BY A LAWYER NOW, THAT I NEED TO REQUEST THE OLD HIP COMPONENTS BACK AND ZIMMER IS SETTLING CLAIMS OUT OF COURT. I WENT FROM MAKING $60,000 A YEAR AS A FORD TECH. TO $24,000 A YEAR AS JUST THE OIL CHANGE GUY AT THE DEALERSHIP BECAUSE OF THE HIP PAIN.
BOTH DR.'S I HAD ARE OBVIOUSLY PRO-ZIMMER CONSULTANTS AND SAID THAT IT WASN'T THE COMPONENTS FAULT IT MUST BE SOMETHING ELSE CAUSING THE PAIN, ZIMMER JUST SETTLED A LAW SUIT BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR DR. KICK BACKS, SOME AS HIGH AS $500,000 A YEAR.
I FEEL MY ORIGINAL DR. TRIED TO COVER UP MY PAIN WITH CORTIZONE SHOTS AND PAIN KILLERS, WHILE KNOWING THE ZIMMER PRODUCT WAS BAD.
