Is it healthy to try to prevent too much gain during the pregnancy? I already see a bit of stretch marks, despite slathering on butter and oils twice a day...I am so worried about losing my figure :(

Oh my goodness - those before and after pictures are crazy! Wow! Who gets that thin - the one girl almost has a six pack. This program must work.

Don't they look great? This program does really work. The woman who put it together is amazing.

Penelope, you need to always remember that you are eating for two. When you are pregnant it is best to continue eating a well balanced low fat diet but make sure you are getting enough calories. You can find calorie calculators online if you want to get really serious about counting your calories.

Pregnant women should have an extra 300 calories a day if they want a healthy baby. Remember if you starve yourself and not eat a whole lot while you are pregnant you are also starving your baby.

When you chose foods for yourself to eat during your pregnancy ask yourself this, "would I feed this to my child?" If it is junky and full of fat, sugar, and empty calories you might not want to feed it to your child so you shouldn't eat it. Good question!
