This sounds really great! I am just glad to see that it will include lifestyle changes. I cannot stand anymore "quick fix" diets that circle around for us women. I think it is important for all of us to remember that it is about the choices we make on a daily basis that affects our healthy and body weight. I have really been trying to eat more healthy whole foods, eliminating sugars and processed foods, drinking smoothies with fresh fruit and I take my Vidazorb probiotic every day which I have read helps with digestion/weight. So...I again- thank you for helping us women see the difference between a fad diet and a healthy lifestyle! Caroline
