I always combine these two memes because they are very similar. Say it Forward was started by Five Minutes For Mom and is a carnival recognizing top commenters. Follow Me Friday recognizes followers. I believe that followers or subscribers and comments are equally important so I will feature both.

Today I am featuring Grampy from Grampy and You. Russ, "Grampy" is a 62 year old grandfather from Connecticut. He shares stories about his beautiful grandaughter, Maya, children's poems, letters to God, and participates in Wordless Wednesday. I love visiting his blog and reading all of his kind comments here at Healthy Moms. If you are looking for an interesting read add Grampy and You to your daily reader.

We love getting new followers. Every week this blog gets about 5-10 new followers. Hopefully this will grow even more. This week I will say a little bit about one of our valuable followers.

Amber from Four Guys and a Gal describes herself as a "30 year old mom of 3 boys (Christopher - age 9, Matt - age 4, and Josh - age 3) and I'm wife to Chris. I'm a thrifty shopper, an avid reader, a sweepstaker, and a full time college student."
