On the third day of Christmas my friends at Healthy Moms gave to me...Campbell's Kids Soup and V8 Fusion Juice.
As a mother of four children I know how challenging it is to get kids to eat right. I'll admit my children crave sweets and would rather eat at a fast food restaurant instead of a healthy meal at home. But I try my best to make sure they get the essential vitamins and minerals from the foods that they eat.
Another challenge I face is finding the time to prepare healthy meals for my kids. When lunch time rolls around their little tummies get very hungry and my children can get impatient. I was delighted to hear that Campbell's has come out with a fun nutritious soup that my kids will enjoy.
Campbell's kid's soup featuring the characters from Sponge Bob Square Pants, is low in sodium, contains zero trans fats and contains Vitamin A and 3 grams of protein. The best part is my kids love it! My son who is very sensitive to certain foods can also eat this soup.
Campbell's condensed soups are so easy to prepare. All you need to do is mix a can of soup with a can of water and heat it in the microwave or simmer on the stove top. Have your kids eat Campbell's soup along with a glass of delicious V8 Fusion juice and they will get a whole serving of fruit and vegetables.
